Currently - February

I'm linking up with Farley again at Oh Boy Fourth Grade for her monthly Currently linky party!! If you want to join in on the fun, click her blog button below!
I have to admit that I'm not a big fan of February. Of course you have Valentine's day and my anniversary which is fun, but it seems like in Indiana, we always get a lot of snow in February. I'm not looking forward to that! In fact, it just snowed last night. Ugh! I'm such a pansy when it comes to cold weather!  LOL! Enough of the grumpiness, let's see what I'm up to...

Listening: When I get ready in the morning, I like to listen to Pandora. I'm loving this fairly new song by Ed Sheeran called "Thinking Out Loud". I first heard him sing it on the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show :) and have loved belting it out ever since whenever it comes on.

Loving: I'm trying to be healthier and get in shape for my trip to St. Thomas in April. I love my Diet Mt. Dew and was really really bad about drinking water. I found this app called Water Your Body which helps you keep track of your water intake and makes a little water noise every so often to remind you to keep drinking. So even when I get sucked into watching TV or the computer, I hear that noise and remember to take a few drinks.

Thinking: My husband and I don't do too much for Valentine's Day because our anniversary is February 19th. This will be our 5 year wedding anniversary, but also our anniversary of when we started dating 16 years ago.  It's so crazy to think that when I was just 15, I met someone I'd be with forever. We just "fit" together so well ,and for us marriage is not hard in the least bit. Enough mushy stuff, any fun or romantic ideas to do for our anniversary? We have a lot of vacations planned this coming year, so we don't really need to go anywhere to celebrate. I like doing cheesy stuff, so if anyone has any suggestions, bring them on!
Check out those spikes on the left :) Oh the days of hair gel! This picture was probably a year or 2 into dating and the picture on the right was just taken over Christmas. Where did all that hair go Blake?? Oh wait, you claim it's just shaved (or balding a bit) ;)
Wanting: Can this topic of the Patriots deflating the footballs please go away?!? That's all they talk about on every channel. I can't even watch my E! News without it being discussed. Being in Indiana, it's even worse. Yes they cheated, yes they should get punished, but the Colts played like crap, so get over it!

Needing: I have finally found a way to shrink all of my files so I can do one massive Fluency & Fitness MEGA Bundle. Many people have asked for a reading bundle, math bundle, or a bundle of all of my fluency & fitness games. With TPT's size limit at 200MB, it took some work to shrink the files.  I have the cover pages made, so now I just need to upload the files and make some previews. I'm hoping to do that tonight or tomorrow. Here's a sneak peek of the cover pages!
Pageant Title: As you can tell from all my posts, and if we've ever met in person, you know I like to talk. My family makes fun of me because I never shut-up and can go from one topic to another without even taking a breath! My little nephew talks a bunch and my family is like, oh no, not another Brittany. My title would be Miss Chatterbox 2015 and I would wear that crown proudly!

  3. Happy almost anniversary!! One year I planned an "Anniversary Activity Week" for me and my husband (you said you wanted cheesy suggestions!)! Seriously, I think my younger brother made fun of me for it the rest of the year!! I just planned small things for each day like a picnic one day, a winery visit another day, dinner out on our actual anniversary, etc. It was so fun! Hope you have a great week!
